Sheets 17 and 18 covered how much it costs to buy the device and how much each session costs. This block's last sheet looks at the other side: how much the industry actually charges in Spain for each treatment type — with the same caveats about sources as the rest of the project, because the prices seen on online comparators carry their own bias, different from a narrative review's bias but just as real.
The data below comes from Spanish-clinic price comparators (Multiestetica.com, aggregating prices published by dozens of professionals), not from an independent industry survey or an official body — it's the most accessible source that exists for this data in Spain, but it's worth reading as a snapshot of published prices, not as a statistically representative average of the whole industry.

| Radiofrecuencia facialFacial radiofrequency | 25-90 € (varía mucho por ciudadvaries a lot by city) | 20-500 € según ciudad y clínicadepending on city and clinic | 6-10 sesiones, semanalesweekly sessions |
| HIFU facialFacial HIFU | 284 € | 20-799 € según ciudad y zona tratadadepending on city and treated area | 1-3 sesiones, espaciadas mesessessions, months apart |
| Emsculpt/HIFEM | 225 € por sesiónper session | 70-650 € según clínicadepending on clinic | 4 sesiones típicastypical sessions |

2. Por qué la horquilla es tan anchaWhy the range is so wide
Price dispersion within a single city — and even more so between cities — is greater than one would expect for a supposedly standardized treatment: hyaluronic acid in Madrid ranges from €50 to €1,050, and HIFU in Vigo, per the same comparator, from €20 to €799. Part of that dispersion is real and explainable — treated area, product brand, professional's qualification, number of sessions included — but another part is simply pricing strategy: a "from €20" captures the search and the real price for the full session appears later, in the consultation. It's the same price-transparency phenomenon — or lack of it — that Sheet 17 flagged for equipment: neither the device nor the final treatment almost ever has a single, comparable catalog price.
Crossing the block's three sheets: does a price like this leave margin?
Taking Sheet 18's example: an RF microneedling session billed at $750 (about €690) left, in consumable and staff alone, more than 60% of the amount. If Spain's real market price for an equivalent treatment sits around €25-90 per session (facial radiofrequency, table above) instead of that €690, the math changes completely — and it's exactly the comparison any clinic should make before buying equipment or setting a rate: does the price I can charge in my market cover the consumable plus the rest of Sheet 18's OPEX, and within a reasonable timeframe amortize Sheet 17's CAPEX? If the answer is no with the clinic's own real numbers, no manufacturer marketing argument makes up for it.
This sheet doesn't give a "correct" rate to copy: the price that makes sense for a specific clinic depends on its own CAPEX, its own OPEX, its location, its client segment and its positioning strategy — variables no generic sheet can replace. What it can say solidly is the method: compare the real market price of the local area (not just the national average) against one's own real cost, session by session, before deciding a rate — and distrust any "average price" figure that doesn't say where it comes from or exactly what it includes.
Bloque 5 completoBlock 5 complete
This sheet closes Block 5 (Running the clinic): equipment investment (Sheet 17), real cost per session (Sheet 18) and market rates (Sheet 19). The thread running through all three is the same as the rest of the project, applied now to money: a figure without a clear source, without a date and without knowing what it includes is worth little, whether it's about clinical efficacy or price.
As a market reference (not a rate to copy): facial radiofrequency €25-90/session, HIFU ~€284 average, Emsculpt/HIFEM ~€225/session, hyaluronic acid ~€387 average — all with very wide ranges depending on city.
The correct method for setting a price is crossing the local area's real market price with one's own cost (Sheet 17's CAPEX + Sheet 18's OPEX), not setting it just by looking at what competitors charge.
Con esta ficha se completa el Bloque 5 —el proyecto pasa ahora a un tipo de contenido distinto: fichas-perfil de marcas y equipos concretos (Bloque 6).With this sheet, Block 5 is complete — the project now moves to a different kind of content: profile sheets on specific brands and equipment (Block 6).
